I had been wanting to see Frank Turner live for what felt like forever, and finally, the day had come. This time, though, it wasn’t with The Sleeping Souls. It was just Frank Turner, Matt Nassir, a few guitars and a mandolin. And honestly, sometimes it doesn’t need to be more than that.

Frank Turner is one of those artists who knows exactly how to get a crowd going and turn any show into a full-on party. Even when it’s just him (with Matt’s backup) and an acoustic setup, the energy is unreal.

This was my first Frank Turner show, and before it was even over, I was already craving more. I wanted to see him again and again. And if this is what a stripped-back acoustic show feels like, I can only imagine the chaos and energy when he’s on stage with the full band. I can’t wait to find out.

If you ever get the chance to see Frank Turner live, solo or with The Sleeping Souls, don’t think twice. Go. Just go. You won’t regret it. You can thank me later.
